One may think that you would just buy a type 3 barricade and stand it up.  It isn’t as easy as that, because type 3 barricades have the option of coming with feet or not coming with feet.  Why would someone buy a type 3 barricade without feet?

There may be a need to make the barricade permanent.  Maybe it’s blocking a bridge which is going to be out of order indefinitely or something of that nature, but because of this need for it to be permanent the type 3 barricade may not need feet, but need to be mounted to the ground.
