Yes, they meet all FAA requirements

Why do the blue lens cost so much more than the rest?
For the blue, special blue LEDs have to be installed in the light which makes them a lot more expensive for my supplier to make.  

Do these lights have LEDs?
Yes, they have two high intensity LEDs installed.

Are they fully solar?
Yes, these are fully solar units so you do not need to replace any batteries

What is the diameter of the lens?
The lens is 4” in diameter.

How long do they last when charged?
A 6 hour sun charge means they can last 120 hours in flash mode and 72 hours in steady mode.

Do you have to manually shut these off at dawn or do they shut off automatically?
They automatically shut off at dawn and turn back on at dusk.
