Vehicle Mounted Arrow Board

For additional safety in the workzone, we recommend this vehicle mounted arrow board. This vehicle-mounted arrow board features both a 15' cable used to mount the control console inside the vehicle cab and a spring-loaded device which locks for stability. We do have other lengths available, please call for details.

• The .063 thick Aluminum Alloy Sign Panel features a flat black enamel finish
• 15 and 25 Light Models Are Available (drop down menu above)
• This is powered by a 12 Volt System
• Current: 17 Amps (full load)
• Dwell Time: 50% per cycle (on time) +/- 10%
• 4-1/2" Par 36 Hooded Sealed Beam Lamps (Amber)
• Gussets were utilized to secure the corners
• The sign panel is mounted via a mounting bar that has four support legs which then attach to the vehicle roof rain gutter
• 1-1/2" square anodized aluminum tubing makes up the mounting board
• 1" diameter chrome-plated tubing makes up the four support legs
• The sign panel has a spring-loaded locking device to used to keep the panel stabilized when it is in the operating position, or when it is locked in the horizontal position for travel
• This unit can display the following messages (15-light and 25-light models):
  (1) Right Arrow
  (2) Left Arrow
  (3) Sequential Chevron Right Arrow (25-light model only)
  (4) Sequential Chevron Left Arrow (25-light model only)
  (5) Both arrows simultaneously
  (6) 4 Corner Flashing in unison
• The circuitry in the control console is solid-state and is housed in a compact cabinet which is mounted in the cab area of the vehicle to make it easy to operate.
• Don't worry about the circuitry - it is protected by an in-line 20 amp AGC type fuse
• The lamps dim automatically during nighttime use because of the photo eye.
• The various modes of operation are chosen by the controller which has three toggle switches
• An LED indicator is in each toggle to signify what mode the sign panel is flashing while it is in operation
