Shipping & Tracking Process
Due to the size and weight of traffic control products, about 90% of our orders are shipped on a pallet (cones, drums, barricades etc). A small amount of orders will be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex (lights, flags, parts).

You can also get a shipping estimate on the shopping cart page after you add your products to the cart. To track your shipment shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the freight carrier’s website and tracking number so you can check up on your order.
Truckload shipments typically don’t have a tracking number, they have load numbers and the freight carrier’s customer service number has to be called to locate the shipment and get an estimated arrival date.
It’s important to note pallet shipments (also known as LTL) do not always arrive on their estimated delivery schedules. It’s best to give two or more days wiggle room when a shipment is needed by a certain date. Guaranteed rates are available please ask us for them. If a guaranteed shipment doesn’t arrive on time, the shipping rate is typically fully refundable.
