If you see a lot of type 3 barricades on the highways or streets, you should be able to guess why.  You also should be able to guess why after reading my title.  Type III barricades, type II barricades and type I barricades are found all the time during construction season.

Though construction season can be a pain in the you-know-what, you have to realize that they are bought with your tax dollars, and the roads are being fixed, so this should lift your spirits a little.  Or, maybe you won’t feel any better, but just at least realize they are there for your safety, each and every type 3 barricade.
