Colors of Solar Barricade Lights
Next time you are on the highway, check out the colors of the solar barricade lights you see. Chances are, 90% of the time they are going to be yellow/amber. This is because it is the most popular for roadways.
If you work at an airport and you see construction, chances are you will see that the solar barricade lights being used are all red. This is because it is an FAA spec for construction lights for airports to be red. Interesting what you can learn, huh?

If you are scouring the internet for the best deal on a traffic drum, you may want to find out what the average price range is for the particular type you are looking for. I would say in general, you should be spending around $50 per drum. But, if you are looking for a 40# base as well, you may be spending $60 or more.
The sheets on the drum can also really boost up the price. It is always a good idea to research the prices of the accessories you plan on buying, sometimes they are where distributors try and make money. For example they could boost up the price of the base so you end up paying a lot more overall.

If you got the traffic barricade and it was broken right when you received it, you can usually get this replaced no questions asked.
If you have used the barricade for a little while and then started having issues, the typical way a seller handles it is they take it back to see if the issue was caused by wear and tear. I would suggest first calling the distributor and then second calling the manufacturer.

If you are driving around and wondering what is the difference between one traffic message board and another, well chances are there is not a big difference. Some arrow boards have more LEDs than others, but LEDs are not the only indication of how bright the lights are.
It’s also important to look at the amount of wattage that powers the message board, because the more wattage there is the brighter is usually is. Check for both of these features before buying a message board.
